What is new:
- The running function
You want like use the ergomo® for more records?
You can do it with the running function! In this mode the hr record starts with pressing the button.
At the end of you training you ending the record by pressing the button. Than you can analyse your data with the ergoRacer software.
- The performance test
We have integrated an easy training test. The test is used for training control and orientation.
It doesn't replaced a performance diagnostics!
You need a plane test track, you can drive without stops. The output is your threshold in watt.
Test procedure:
The test runs 60 minutes.
- 20 min warm up
- 20 min time trial
- 20 min cool down with result
- The Second Bike function
With the Second Bike function you can messure HR, Speed, RPM, altimeter, temperatur
(this means all without power). You only need a new sensor cable with RPM + Speed sensor.
